Studied Psychology at the University of Surrey before going on to do a Master of Science and a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy). Anna specialises in innovation and is the creator of Creative and Innovative Climate Scale (CICS) – a tool to identify an organisation’s strengths and weaknesses regarding its culture for creativity and innovation, benchmarking teams, departments and innovation spend.
She is developing an innovation measurement and management approach for Amey, in collaboration with University College London and Innovate UK.
