Cecilia Miravalles

Cecilia started her professional career at NERA Economic Consulting, developing labour policies and effective corporate communications policies for a large range of companies. She joined CINTRA, Ferrovial’s roads division, in 2004, as part of the international HR team. In 2006 she moved to Ferrovial’s airports division, where she has been involved in infrastructure projects and recruitment of both expat and local staff. Cecilia has extensive experience in Human Resources management, and particularly in staff recruitment, training and development.
