A Civil Engineer, he joined Cintra in 1999 as Regional Manager Centre for the Cintra car parks division. Amongst other positions of responsibility, he has been Managing Director and Head of Operations for the Radial 4 toll road, as well as Technical and Tendering Manager. In 2006 he was appointed CEO for Ireland, and since October 2009 he is CEO of the Toronto 407 ETR highway and Cintra Director for Canada.
