Born in Madrid in 1983. Executive MBA (IDE Business School), Public Leadership Programme for Enterprise and Innovation, and Co-director of the Leadership Programme for Sports Innovation (Deusto Business School). Graduate in Business Science, with a Masters in animation and multimedia, and an expert in entrepreneurship. He has also followed IT engineering studies. He is President of Spain’s Popular Party for the Madrid district of Moratalaz, and a member of the board of directors of the PP in Madrid. He has been PP Deputy Spokesperson for the district of Moratalaz (2004-2007) and technical advisor for the districts of Moratalaz (2007-2011) and Salamanca in Madrid until February 2012, when he became a Councillor at the Madrid City Council.
