For nearly 28 years he has been involved in the world of construction, joining the Technical Directorate of Ferrovial Agroman in 1996 where, after two years as Head of the Structural Projects Team, he moved to the department of Building Structures. Working here until the beginning of 2018, he has now decided to begin the first steps of a new career more oriented towards people. In recent years, aware of the enormous impact that excellence has on the balance of the professional, personal and family spheres, he has enhanced the human side of his vocation by certifying himself as Executive, Systemic and Team Coach. He is a collaborator of the Ferrovial Corporate University where he facilitates Leadership Development programs with Oxford Leadership.
