I joined Ferrovial Construction in 2019 to deliver the role of Learning and Development Manager for the UK & Ireland business, with over 10 years of HR Generalist, L&D and Early Talent experience gained from various sectors. I had previously delivered an award-winning Apprenticeship programme within the Advertising and Media industry. My current responsibilities include looking after our employees training and professional development, creating a learning culture at Ferrovial Construction that encourages sustainable growth. My key objective is to improve individual and organisational performance. I enjoy travelling, learning about different cultures, keeping fit and I have great culinary skills gained from my travels.
