Pablo Ferrando, author at Ferrovial

I’m Cintra’s Technical Director at its headquarters in Madrid. I’m in charge of supporting and supervising assets operations in Europe and South America. My areas of responsibility include estimating traffic, revenue, and future costs of our assets and new tenders for Cintra in those markets. I’m a civil engineer and graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2003. After working in consulting for two years in the UK, I joined Cintra’s operations department. I’ve held major positions for several projects in Ferrovial’s portfolio. These include Traffic and Planning Director of the 407ETR in Toronto (Canada) and Strategy and Revenue Manager for the Managed Lanes projects in Dallas (US), where I developed toll and commercial strategies to maximize value and user satisfaction.
