I studied Applied Management at the University of Navarra. Over the course of this stage, I had two international experiences in Finland and the United States. There, I realized that what I really liked was working with people. That's why I decided to pursue the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the UAM. I am currently part of the Talent Acquisition & Mobility team where, thanks to my colleagues, I have the opportunity to learn, among other things, how important it is to foster positive personal interactions among employees in order to make the company an attractive, proactive place.
