His hobbies include cycling and aviation. He is a Civil Engineer from Madrid Polytechnical University. He began his career with Cintra in 2001 holding several positions in the car parks division. In 2017, he was appointed Director for Canada and CEO of 407 ETR. In 2020, Andrés Sacristán took over the management of Cintra US, where the company built and operates five innovative managed lanes projects. He was appointed CEO of Cintra in 2021.
