David Hannon is the Chief Operations Officer for the I-77 Mobility Partners concessionaire company. He oversees the operations, traffic and revenue, design and construction of 26 miles of new express lanes along I-77 in North Charlotte. David is a Professional Engineer with more than 14 years of highway design and project management experience. He has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Building Construction both from Georgia Tech.
