David Serrano is the Head of Operations for Cintra North America. He previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer of North Tarrant Express, one of the Managed Lanes projects that Cintra has in the USA, and earlier held different managing positions in Spain since he joined the company in 2017.
David is a MSc Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in tendering, constructing, and operating major international PPP transportation projects.
David was born in Madrid, is married and has two children.
