Laura heads the R&D and Innovation (RDI) department at Ferrovial Agromán. She joined the company in 2005 as Head of Construction in the Balearic Island office, where she oversaw building and civil engineering projects. In 2010, she joined Ferrovial Agromán's RDI department as manager in charge of international projects.
