Pedro Montoya was born in Madrid in 1962. He’s married and is the father of two college students. He's an internationally-recognized expert on compliance and good corporate governance. He lived in France for 14 years. There, he created and directed the Compliance program at the Airbus aeronautics company. He is currently the Director of Compliance and Risk at Ferrovial.
