Following an early career in project and contract management, Richard has spent the past 20 years in general management and senior leadership roles in the infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Through these roles Richard has promoted world class asset management principles and methodologies in new territories, and the importance of maintaining a strategic balance between risk, cost and performance, as well as designing innovative new business models. Currently, Richard is Head of Innovation of Ferrovial Services and Director of the Center of Excellence for Asset Management.
