Civil Engineer (Politécnica University of Madrid). Joined Ferrovial Agroman's Technical Office in 1972, and has worked for the company ever since, except for a five-year professional stint at Cotas Internacional. During the last 42 years, he has specialized himself in the engineering of dams and ports. Currently he is heading the Hidraulic and Maritime Works section at Ferrovial Agroman's Technical Office.
