Pablo Mollá is a qualified Civil Engineer with 21 years of experience working on major construction projects in Spain and the United States. He has experience in delivering both tunneling and station projects in dense urban areas as well as highways. In his early professional years, he also achieved experience in building both residential and commercial buildings. The last 11 years, he has been focused on delivering multibillion Public-Private Partnerships. Currently, he is working as Project Director for FAM Construction on a major heavy civil highway project in Fairfax (Northern Virginia). The I-66 Outside the Beltway project is a 22.5 mile, $2.3 billion project that is rebuilding I-66 adding capacity with Express Lanes.
