Teodoro Álvarez Fadón is Design Director at Ferrovial Agroman UK since February 2008, as well as Head of Innovation for Ferrovial Agroman since March 2014. The greater part of his professional career has been dedicated to activities relating to design and building management in aeronautics and the airport sector, one of his flagship projects being the recently opened Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport, for which he was Design Director. Teodoro is an Aeronautics Engineer through the UPM (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), and holds an MBA from EOI (Spain’s School for Industrial Organisation).
