Talent is the set of skills that a person has and which influence their professional progress and responsibilities. Talent management is one of the fundamental pillars of this company, so it’s no coincidence that the HR department is called Development and Talent.

The main objective of this area is to recognize professionals who can contribute the best of themselves to the company and who adhere to the values that are central to our identity. To this end, we have programs like Young Talent, mentoring, the Graduate Program, which we will discuss in this section.
